The fine print, in plain words
Shipping
Flat $9.90 worldwide; free on orders over $120. Orders ship within 2–4 business days from our workshop, with tracking. Packaging is a plain courier bag or kraft box; the sender reads "A. Studio" and customs labels say "textile goods". Any customs fees or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns
14-day return window from delivery, for any reason, as long as the rope is unused and in original packaging. Because of the personal nature of our products we cannot accept used rope. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free of charge — send a photo to hello@fusionsm.com and we'll make it right.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to ship your order: name, address, email, and payment details handled entirely by our payment processor (we never see card numbers). We do not sell, rent, or share your data. Your cart is stored locally in your own browser. Marketing emails are opt-in only and every one includes an unsubscribe link.
Terms & age restriction
By purchasing you confirm you are 18 or older (21 where required by law) and that such products are legal in your jurisdiction. Our rope is intended for decorative and semi-load rope bondage practice between consenting adults. FUSION Rope Works accepts no liability for injury arising from misuse; always follow the safety guidance provided with your rope and in our guide.
